Do it anywhere?...you bet!
mobileXware co-founder Joel Lenorovitz captures this shot of participants in the United States Antarctic Program performing the Oblique Bridge as he leads them through an nexFIT workout atop the frozen waters of the Ross Sea in Antarctica. In the immediate background is the Research Vessel/Ice Breaker Nathaniel B. Palmer and on the distant shore, McMurdo Station.
Joel gets in the game, too, keeping fit - and keeping warm - with a set of Knee Taps and Chase The Rabbits. "Even though there is a small gym and some basic exercise equipment onboard the research ship," says Lenorovitz, "I use nexFIT a lot more because it gives me a better workout, with aspects of cardio, strength, and flexibility, and the variety keeps me motivated."
