I like FitDeck Bodyweight because it is simple to use and doesn't require the user to spend unneeded time configuring the application for their individual strength, abilities, equipment available, or goals. I have tried a couple other similar fitness related applications, both of which do require this (as well as a login to catalog your results). While this is nice for many, at times you just want to get up and go. FitDeck Bodyweight allows the user to simply bring up a card, do the exercise without any equipment (besides your own body, of course), and move on to the next. It's simple, fast, and does what it's supposed to. Personally, I use the application during beach-side jogs where I run for about a minute, then stop to do a card, and run for another minute. I can easily get through 15-20 cards during each run this way, and it's one heck of a workout. The uses for this fitness application are endless.

I am a high school teacher and I am getting into cycling. I spend most of my time either on my bike or in my classroom. I haven't been doing any sort of strength training so I looked at a bunch of fitness apps on the BlackBerry store and this one seemed to suit my needs the best. For cycling you don’t want bulk so I use the card shuffle option and choose about 30 cards 2 to 3 times per week and so far it's been great. Hopefully this will help me increase power on the bike and tone up as well. Thanks for all your hard work.
